Terms of use
Waypoint is a personal software product. Using it means agreeing to the following.
The service
Waypoint helps you plan and read a trip's timetable — offline, on your own device, synced through the account you sign in with. It is provided as-is, without warranty of any kind, express or implied.
Subscriptions
Waypoint Plus, when available, is an auto-renewing subscription billed through your Apple ID. It renews automatically unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Manage or cancel it from your device's Settings → your name → Subscriptions — not from within Waypoint. Payment is charged to your Apple ID account at confirmation of purchase.
Your content
What you put into Waypoint — trip details, notes, photos, anything you paste into a trip's thread — stays yours. You are responsible for what you enter, including that you have the right to share any confirmation or document you paste in with anyone else on that trip.
Changes
These terms may change as Waypoint does. A change that meaningfully affects what you agreed to will be reflected here, dated, before it takes effect.
Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, the developer is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of Waypoint, including a missed flight, an incorrect itinerary, or lost data — though every design decision in this app exists to prevent exactly those.
